Omschrijving
Sydney-born, Berlin-based producer and DJ Logic1000 (real name Samantha Poulter) will release her second album ‘Confirmation!’ on October 2nd via Therapy/Because Music.
Logic1000’s debut album ‘Mother’, released in 2024, established an emotive strain of club music, while last year’s DJ-Kicks mix hinted at an ever-widening musical palette. That world comes into sharp focus on ‘Confirmation!’. Where ‘Mother’ documented a period of profound change in becoming a parent, ‘Confirmation!’ finds Poulter standing on steadier ground.
The title draws on the sacrament of Confirmation, a deeply personal emblem for Poulter. Rooted in acceptance and self-belief, the 10-track album is about embracing every version of herself; the child she once was, the woman she has become, and the mother she is today.
